Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day. Please note that during high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order status on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
Check Your Surroundings-Sometimes carriers leave packages in a secure location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, etc.).
Wait 24 Hours- Occasionally, tracking updates mark items as delivered before they actually arrive.
Contact the Logistics Company-If your package is still missing, reach out directly to the shipping carrier using your tracking number for further assistance.
We are happy to assist with tracking information, but all delivery issues must be resolved with the logistics provider. Thank you for understanding!
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to certain regions or countries due to shipping carrier restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
